THE PROBLEM
The cost of not
governing AI
keeps growing.
AI is everywhere. Your governance isn't.
Models running in Azure, Bedrock, OpenAI, Vertex, in line-of-business apps and shadow developer projects. Most enterprises cannot list them all.
Regulators want evidence. Spreadsheets won't work.
EU AI Act enforcement is here. NIST AI RMF is in tender requirements. ISO 42001 is becoming table stakes. Audit-ready evidence cannot be assembled retrospectively.
ITSM platforms weren't built for AI.
Workflow tools adapted from incident management lack the AI-native modules — bias, lineage, schema, HITL — that regulators expect to see.
THE PRODUCT
Ten modules. One platform. Every cloud.
Governance AI 360 ships as an integrated platform — not a kit of disconnected tools. Every module shares a common data model and connects to your existing AI estate through standardised connectors. Configure via template upload. No code required.

THE METHOD
From standing start to live governance
in eight weeks.
Week 1–2 · Foundation and Discovery
Agree the pilot use cases, define what gets logged, and get the environment provisioned. The work here is mostly people and process — getting the right stakeholders aligned and raising infrastructure requests that have long lead times.
- AI inventory scoped
- Audit log schema agreed
- Starting rule library
- Environment provisioned
Exit Criteria
Pilot scope is signed off. Cloud environment is live. SSO request is raised
Week 3-6 · Core Build
The governance layer is built and deployed into the insurer's own environment. One real use case — the underwriting prompt workflow — is connected end-to-end: AI interaction logged, keyword filtered, and surfaced to the compliance team. Four weeks gives the team proper time for integration, iteration, and technical stabilisation before validation begins.
- Orchestration layer live
- Underwriting connector built
- Immutable audit log
- Compliance portal (triage + inventory)
Exit criteria
A real AI interaction is logged, flagged, and visible in the compliance queue — in the insurer's own environment.
Week 7–8 · Validation and Closeout
The insurer's own stakeholders walk through the platform as compliance officer, underwriter, and CTO. The audit export is tested. A findings report and Phase 2 proposal are produced ready for an executive presentation.
- UAT with insurer team
- Audit export (regulator-ready)
- EU AI Act mapping doc
- Phase 2 proposal
Exit criteria
Executive presentation delivered. Phase 2 scoping proposal is in their hands
